I am a somatic coach who helps women come fully alive, not by doing more, but by coming home to the body.
I work where nervous system science, somatic transformation and energetic frequency meet, because that is where real, lasting change actually happens. For over a decade I have guided women to close the gap between who they are and who they are becoming.
